SMAP is a partnership between \u003ca title=\"Arts Build Community\" href=\"https:\/\/www.artsbuildcommunity.com\/youth-arts\"\u003eArts Build Community\u003c\/a\u003e and \u003ca title=\"New England College\" href=\"https:\/\/www.nec.edu\"\u003eNew England College\u003c\/a\u003e.\u003cbr\u003e\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cspan style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\"\u003eFor each SMAP session, 15 gifted students from the Manchester area will meet for three Saturday mornings for two and a half hours of instruction by Institute of Art + Design and \u003ca href=\"https:\/\/www.artsbuildcommunity.com\/youth-arts\" title=\"Arts Build Community Youth Arts\"\u003eArts Build Community\u003c\/a\u003e faculty.
